On the occasion of The Grand Premiere in Val Thorens, on November 22, 2024, the Hotel Marielle reveals a new unique experience: the opening of the 1st highest vinyl bar in Europe ! This event marks the start of the winter season in the highest resort in the Alps, with a new musical atmosphere.
This winter, visitors will be able to enjoy a unique après-ski experience. From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., a DJ will liven up the evenings with vinyl records selected by the customers themselves, from more than 1000 records available. This is the perfect opportunity for music lovers to rediscover a retro atmosphere while admiring the snowy landscapes of Val Thorens.
“La Grande Première” is an unmissable event for ski and mountain lovers, marking the official start of the season in Val Thorens. This event brings together snow sports enthusiasts and curious people who come to discover the station's new features. The Hotel Marielle is fully in line with this dynamic by offering an innovative après-ski experience, combining music and conviviality.
Since 2021, under the direction of Grégoire Le Solleuz, the Hotel Marielle has continued to enrich its offer with original and festive concepts. This vinyl bar joins initiatives like The Cabin, the guinguette opened last year, offering an ideal setting for relaxing around Savoyard boards and a petanque court.
In terms of gastronomy, the Chef Pierre Patin and its team continue to surprise with authentic and modern cuisine. At Restaurant Le M, enjoy a varied menu based on local products, with dishes cooked in a brazier. For a quick but gourmet meal, the Gourmet Snack offers tasty specialties, such as the Savoyard cheeseburger, the poke bowl with smoked trout or even a truffle croque.
