Mediator - Dispute resolution
In accordance with article L. 156-1 of the French Consumer Code, Heliopic Hotel & Spa offers its customers a consumer mediation service by joining the industry mediation system, MTV - MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE.
After lodging a complaint with the hotel’s customer service team, and in the absence of a satisfactory response received within 15 business days, the customer may submit the matter to the Travel and Tourism Mediator.
