Mediator – Dispute resolution

In accordance with article L. 156-1 of the Consumer Code, Maison Barbillon Hotel offers its customers a consumer mediation system by joining the sectoral mediation system, MTV – MEDIATION TOURISM AND TRAVEL. After having contacted the hotel’s customer service department and if there is no satisfactory response within 15 working days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel.

Flexible terms

Flexible terms 1 (D-30)
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is due at the time of the reservation.
Free cancellation and full refund of the deposit until 30 days before the arrival date (before 02.00pm).
In case of late cancellation or late modification, the prepayment will be kept and non refundable.
In case of no-show or anticipated departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Flexible terms 2 (D-14)
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is due at the latest 14 days before the arrival date throught a secured payment link sent by email by the hotel few days before this deadline.
Without this prepayment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
Free cancellation until 14 days before the arrival date (before 02.00pm).
In case of late cancellation or late modification, the prepayment will be kept and non refundable.
In case of no-show or anticipated departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
