Does the hotel have a transfer service?

We can organise your private or shared transfer from/to the Geneva/Lyon airport. Please contact our concierge team at concierge@hotelmarielle.com for more information.

Can we park at the hotel?

The hotel does not have a car park but you can park in the car park of the resort. It is highly recommended to reserve your space before your arrival.

For the car parks further away from the hotel, a free shuttle bus of the resort will take you to Val Thorens centre.

Can we smoke cigarettes/e-cigarettes at the hotel?

The hotel is completely non-smoking (public areas including the terrace, rooms, balconies).
Smoking exposes you to a penalty of 150€.

Can pets come too?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Will rooms be cleaned during the stay?

Your room is cleaned between 9.00am and 5.00pm. If you would like this service to be carried out at a more precise time, please inform us.

Are the rooms equipped with a safe?

All our rooms have a safe secured by secret code. Please leave your valuable personal belongings in the safe if you leave your room.

What are the other services of the hotel?

What time is check-out?

All our rooms are available at 4.00pm.

If you arrive before 4.00pm, you can store your luggage safely in our luggage room.

Take advantage of the hotel’s facilities to wait: bar, spa, restaurant …
We also provide you with hot drinks (tea/coffee), a wifi connection and a shower room.

Our hotel is open 24/7.

What time is check-out?

All our guests are expected to check-out at 11.00am.

After your check-out, you can always store your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy your last day in Val Thorens. A shower room is also at your disposal.

Does the hotel have a luggage room?

The hotel’s luggage room is accessible for all guests: before check-in or after/check-out.

Getting to ski slopes?

The hotel is located in front of the snow, access the 3 Valleys ski area or Val Thorens – Orelle ski area on skis.

Does the Val Thorens resort offer a shuttle service?

The Val Thorens resort has a shuttle service during the winter season. Shuttles run all day long and drop you off in the centre of Val Thorens or in the neighbouring resorts* of the Belleville ski area.

This shuttle service is free of charge.

Bus lines between Val Thorens and Moutiers run regularly during the season.

Can ski passes be purchased at the hotel?

Buy your ski passes directly from the hotel reception*.

Ski pass for 3 Valleys domain OR for Val Thorens – Orelle domain.

*A 1.5% commission is added to the ski pass price.

Can we rent/buy ski equipment at the hotel?

The ski shop by Skiset at the entrance of the hotel allows you to rent/buy your equipment easily.

Don’t hesitate to book online on our platform to benefit from exclusive discounts.

Can we store our ski equipment at the hotel?

A ski room with private lockers is available in the hotel free of charge.

What time is breakfast?

The breakfast buffet is open every morning from 7.00am to 10.00am.

If you want, breakfast is also served in your room.

Breakfast is not included in your room price (unless stated in a special offer).

What time is lunch/dinner?

Lunch:
Our restaurant is open from noon to 2.30pm and offers two different types of cuisine:
– the “Gourmet Snack“ offers you dishes such as a meter Burger with french fries, homemade terrine and pickles, green lentils and smoked herring…
– The M Restaurant and its large sunny terrace offers a bistronomic menu to rediscover the flavours of the Alps

Dinner:
Our restaurant is open from 7.00pm to 9.00pm and offers you a buffet of various products.

What time is the bar open?

Our bar is open every day from 10.00am until 11.30pm.

What time is the wellness area open?

The wellness centre (facilities, massages and treatments) is open to hotel guests from 10.00am to 8.00pm.
